By accessing or using IsSafeSite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IsSafeSite is an AI-powered vulnerability scanning and reporting platform. The Service performs automated security, SEO, and traffic analysis of publicly accessible websites and generates reports for responsible disclosure purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only scan websites you own or have explicit authorization to test
  • Use discovered vulnerabilities solely for responsible disclosure
  • Not use the Service for malicious, illegal, or unethical purposes
  • Not attempt to exploit, attack, or cause harm to any scanned target
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results. Scan findings may include false positives or miss actual vulnerabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ISSAFESITE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring you have authorization to scan any target; (b) the content of any communications sent through the platform; (c) any bounties negotiated through the platform; (d) compliance with bug bounty program terms of any target organization.

7. Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

Scan reports generated by the Service are owned by you. The Service itself, including its code, design, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of IsSafeSite.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
